My dissertation was approved by the graduate school this afternoon, so I've officially completed all my degree requirements for the PhD.

I would read your dissertation, I really would, but I don't have the 8 seconds it says it would take to download. Sorry! I'm sure it's fascinating and revolutionary.
I'm afraid I don't agree with your conjecture on page 31 about disorganized bit arrays and user-level domain arbitration. In my experience ***KABOOM - my head explodes***
