Nope, nothing

Well, no updates from the doctor this morning. I am the same as last Wednesday, which is a big bummer. Unless anything happens, I will go back on Friday morning for a non-stress test, which is when they hook me up to a fetal monitor for about 20 minutes and see how the baby is doing. He said if all is well with that, they will continue to wait and not talk about an induction until the end of next week. While I am still scared of an induction (the full-blown Pitocin type, that is, after hearing so many stories of those inductions leading to c-sections), it's kind of discouraging to know that we may be waiting a lot longer. He said to do an induction now would be tough because I haven't made much progress.

So...we will keep waiting and hoping, and I will try not to go crazy from boredom! At least Bella is happy to keep her life normal and baby-free for now.

Sorry no progress. I wasn't sure what time your appointment was this morning so I was starting to wonder if maybe no news was good news. Hopefully the baby will come on its own soon and you won't have to have an induction.

Maybe Chris was right after all about Oct. 27th! I'm sorry there is no change now but this baby will have to come out sometime so try not to worry. Me and Logan just can't wait to see the new baby!

And Chris can't wait either, I forgot to say:) but Logan is trying to practice how to say baby (without much luck yet). There is a good chance he will call it a doggie.

We are hoping for it soon too! I would hate for Chris to have to share his birthday, so I am still hoping for earlier. But we will see! Logan can call it a doggie...hopefully he can get baby down by February!

Maybe it will share a birthday with Maria (Nov. 8th). I hear sometimes they let you go 44 weeks :)

I guess it's a little disingenius for me vote after Oct. 21st at this point... at least Bob doesn't run around calling it a "goat" all the time, which is what Tom says every time I mention kids... Keep us posted when the baby comes!!!
